The Byrd Nest Retreat

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: One half of total amount must be made prior to arrival. Balance due during stay or upon departure. Guests may depart without "officially" checking out if full payment has been made to retreat manager.

Payment Method: Cash, money order or checks accepted.

Cancellation: If you find that you need to cancel your reservations, please do so two full weeks ahead in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you give less than two full weeks notice, you can either re-book your stay with in the calendar year or forfeit your deposit. All reservations are held until 8 a.m. of the morning after your arrival night. If you have not arrived by that time, your deposit is forfeited and the retreat can be rented to another party.

Check-in Time: 3 p.m.; however, if you are planning to arrive earlier, please notify us and we will do all we can to accommodate you. The retreat manager will make arrangements to meet you for check-in or give you instructions to follow at that time.

Check-out Time: 11 a.m. Guests staying beyond the check-out time will be subject to a $25 late check out fee and/or another night's rental on the retreat. If you find that you need to check out later than the set time of 11 a.m. - please notify us at the time of check-in and we will accommodate you if possible. The retreat manager will make arrangements to meet you for check-out or give you instructions to follow at that time.
