The Byrd Nest Retreat

Rates:

To take advantage of the Byrd Nest Retreat, you can reserve one night, weekend or week. We also offer specials throughout the year.

Daily Rate: $145 plus tax

Weekend Rate: $275 plus tax (arrive Friday evening and depart Sunday morning)

Week Rate: $915 plus tax (arrive Saturday evening and depart the following Saturday morning)

Internet Special: Book any night, weekend or week via our website and receive a 10% discount on your stay. (Not valid with any other specials or discounts.)

Anniversary or Honeymoon Package: Book any of the above packages and receive a complementary box of chocolates and fresh flowers at your arrival.

Returning Guests and Referrals: Upon your departure, we will provide you a 10% off coupon for your next visit. If you refer a friend to the Byrd Nest Retreat, you will receive a 10% off coupon for your next visit. Remember to have your friend mention your name during their reservation process.

Policies:

Smoking is only allowed outside on the porch and/or grounds.
Children are welcome and will enjoy the wildlife, fresh air and the Retreat grounds. We welcome well behaved children and ask that children and their parents be considerate of the wildlife, grounds and Retreat. Guests are responsible for any costs incurred by their children or as a result of their children damaging any property during their stay.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leash on the premises and in crated when alone inside the Retreat. Dogs must be well behaved, house-broken, flea-free and no contagious illnesses causing damage to the Retreat. We do not accept overly aggressive dogs such as Dobermans, Pit Bulls or Rotwilers. Pets are not allowed on the furnishings within the Retreat. Guests are responsible for any costs incurred by their pet or as a result of their pet damaging any property during their stay.
Missing or lost key: There will be a $25 fee charge for each key not returned to the Retreat manager.
Lost Items: If a guest has lost an item and it is found, we will return the item to the guest via US Mail for a $15 fee plus cost of postage and handling.
